about

If you have never walked under the whale jawbones in Edinburgh’s Meadows, you haven’t lived. If you’ve never slipped while there (or was he pushed?) and nearly bit off your own tongue, you’re missing out on Caine’s great pub anecdote!

Putting his jaw to better use these days, Caine has formed a band with leading Viz artist Stref. Not that they’ve seen each other recently, in fact for decades. While other people were pulled apart by Lockdown, these two got together virtually to write songs.

Each of the beautifully crafted songs on this album is a little gem. From the 60s vibe of Words They’re Flowing to the haunting How to Breathe, this album is just what we need to listen to right now.

Haven’t you bought it yet?

John McShane,
Author.

All monies raised from downloads will be donated to:
Edinburgh's Children's Hospital Charity, and the Altzheimer Scotland Dementia Research Clinic.
